May reflections
I’m really passionate about connecting families with spirit. When I work with spirit there is a point in the session where the spirit person takes me on a guide of their life, to see things and places that illustrate their life and prove their existence to those in the room. It is a fascinating experience, almost like being with a child who is leading you somewhere for a show and tell session. I love these encounters. Over the years I have learned to trust the information, however obscure the images are to me. I recently experienced an enthralling session with a group of people in Maroubra. A father (Wayne) came to apologise for all the upset he caused before he died. He showed me a house that had been lost to a member in the group. The lady ( Narrena ) recognised the description of the verandah that had been removed shortly before Wayne died and confirmed this was the case. Wayne then went on to show me the house in more detail from the kitchen to the TV room. Wayne knew the house had been sold after he died and this was very moving for Narrena.
A second lady in our group, Sue, had a visit from her mother who showed me her outfit, she was dressed in her favourite pearl necklace and a smart blue summer dress, she was ready to come to our party. Sue’s mother was so excited to make contact with her daughter she bubbled over with laughter. Sue was delighted to hear the description of her mother’s outfit. Her mother proceeded to tell me all about the health issues she had suffered from, however, she was very keen to let Sue know these health issues had since disappeared.
She said… “we spend our lives working so hard we ruin our health… then we spend our old age paying for it.” We all laughed at her wisdom. Then I saw her roll her eyes to the sky as she left us with her last message… “heaven is a great place and earth can be just as good. Be nice to one another and love your life, it is so special.”
A few weeks ago, I had a powerful experience connecting a relative with two little boys who had drowned. I could clearly hear their little voices saying “please do not worry, we are happy in this lovely place”. I received a call several days later telling me that somehow the session and this message had settled a little of the pain of loss and separation.
Over the years, I have observed how meaningful simple messages like this can be for people, bringing a great sense of closure to so many people dealing with separation and loss.
I draw great inspiration from this work.
Warm wishes to you all
